Biofern Life Sciences is currently hiring for multiple key roles in Production, Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL), Quality Control (QC), and Microbiology departments.
Available Positions and Key Responsibilities:-
1️⃣ Production (Experience: 5–8 Years)
Supervise and manage daily OSD manufacturing activities such as blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging.
Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
Review batch records, maintain documentation, and support audits.
Optimize processes for improved productivity and quality.
2️⃣ Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) (Experience: 5–8 Years)
Develop and validate analytical methods for nutraceutical formulations.
Conduct stability studies and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for new product development.
Maintain accurate reports and analytical documentation.
3️⃣ Quality Control (QC) (Experience: 8–12 Years)
Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
Ensure compliance with GLP and quality standards.
Maintain calibration records, audit reports, and analytical data integrity.
Review QC results and ensure product release readiness.
4️⃣ Microbiology (Experience: 5–8 Years)
Conduct microbiological testing for water, raw materials, and final products.
Perform environmental monitoring and maintain microbiological quality standards.
Record and report microbiological data with accuracy and compliance.
Support validation and hygiene monitoring processes.
Educational Qualifications:-
Production: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 5–8 years of OSD experience.
ADL: M.Pharm/M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field with 5–8 years of analytical experience.
Quality Control: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science with 8–12 years of experience in QC and GLP environments.
Microbiology: M.Sc. in Microbiology with 5–8 years of microbiological testing experience.
